Agreement
By downloading or using ChessVerse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is published by MyAppsCart (operated by Kirosys). References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to MyAppsCart / Kirosys.
The App
ChessVerse is a chess platform featuring Classic Chess against an AI, a Story campaign, offline Puzzles, Arena tournaments, Survival battles, and a Learn Chess academy. The App is available on Android via Google Play and works fully offline — no internet connection is required to play.
ChessVerse contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no player-to-player communication of any kind.
Eligibility & Audience
ChessVerse is designed for a mixed audience — players of all ages, including children. There is no minimum age to use the App. If you are a parent or guardian, we encourage you to review the Privacy Policy to understand what data is (and isn't) collected if a player signs in with Google or Play Games.
Virtual Currency (Coins & Gems)
- Coins and gems are fictional in-app currency with no real-world monetary value.
- They are earned through gameplay, daily rewards, and rewarded video ads — never purchased with real money.
- Coins and gems cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or real goods.
- We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or reset the virtual economy at any time.
No gambling: ChessVerse is not a gambling app. No real money is ever wagered, and no real money can be won.
Subscriptions & Purchases
The optional "Remove Ads" subscription (monthly or yearly) is a real, auto-renewing purchase processed entirely by Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's own billing terms in addition to these Terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime via Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
- Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm any purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy — we do not process refunds directly.
- "Restore purchases" re-links an existing active subscription to a reinstalled app or new device signed into the same Google Play account.
Coupon codes (sold separately, outside the App, for a one-time unlock) are not a Google Play purchase and are non-refundable once redeemed.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, or unauthorised tools to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate rewards
- Attempt to exploit bugs or glitches in the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Redistribute or resell coupon codes issued to someone else, or attempt to reuse a claimed code
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Advertising
The App displays ads via Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded formats). Every ad request is marked child-directed and non-personalized, for every player. Rewarded ads let you voluntarily earn bonus coins/gems by choosing to watch one. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including graphics, sounds, animations, code, puzzle data, and game designs — is the intellectual property of MyAppsCart / Kirosys or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
