📌 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Gully Cricket Scorer ("the app"), including its live score pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MyAppsCart. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice.
🧭 Description of Service
Gully Cricket Scorer is an offline-first cricket scoring app for street and gully, society, college, corporate and box cricket. Features include:
- Ball-by-ball scoring by a single scorer, with match presets and configurable house rules
- Undo, redo and editing of past balls
- Scorecard images and PDF scorecards for sharing, including to WhatsApp
- Player and group statistics, leaderboards, MVP points and match charts
- Tournaments with fixtures, points table, net run rate and scorer invites
- Live score links that others can open in a web browser
- Optional cloud backup and sync when you sign in
Scoring works on your device without an internet connection. Cloud backup, tournaments and live links need an internet connection and a signed-in account.
🔑 Accounts
You do not need an account to score matches. If you choose to sign in (with a phone number, a Google account, or Apple on iOS), you are responsible for keeping access to that phone number or account secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. See our Delete Account page.
🏏 Your Content & Live Links
Matches, player names, photos, team logos and tournament details you enter are your content. You are responsible for having the right to add them — for example, for using another person's name or photo as a player.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, sync and display your content only as needed to provide the features you use (such as sync, tournaments and live score pages).
- Live score pages are public to anyone with the link. Only share links with people you are happy to show the score, team names and player names to.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove such content or suspend access to cloud features.
📊 Scores Are Your Record
Scores, statistics, net run rate, MVP points and results are calculated from the balls you enter and the rules you choose. They are provided for recreational use. We are not responsible for disputes over results, prizes or selections that rely on them — check the scorecard before you share or settle anything.
💳 Free Use, Ads & Purchases
Gully Cricket Scorer is free to download and use, and is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ads are shown only at natural breaks and never while you are scoring.
- Gully Pro removes ads and unlocks scorecard themes, full stats and PDF export. It is offered as a lifetime purchase or a yearly subscription at the prices shown in the app.
- Tournament packs unlock larger tournaments.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play.
- If you reinstall or change phones, use Restore purchases in the Gully Pro screen with the same Google account.
🚫 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app or live pages for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or impersonate others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, other users' accounts or tournaments
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers, advertising or purchase verification
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without written permission
⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties
Gully Cricket Scorer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app, cloud sync or live pages will be uninterrupted or error-free. Data on your phone can be lost if the phone is lost, reset or the app is uninstalled — keep a backup file or sign in to back up your matches.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyAppsCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of matches, scores, statistics or other data
- Disputes arising from scores or results
- Loss of revenue or profit
- Costs of substitute services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Gully Cricket Scorer shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 500 (whichever is greater).
🛡️ Intellectual Property
Gully Cricket Scorer, the MyAppsCart brand, and all associated software, logos, scorecard designs and content are the intellectual property of MyAppsCart. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.
🌍 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Gully Cricket Scorer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
🔚 Termination
You may stop using Gully Cricket Scorer at any time by uninstalling it, and delete your account from inside the app. Uninstalling removes the data stored on your phone; cloud data remains until you delete your account. We may suspend cloud features for accounts that break these Terms, and we reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time.
