Do I need to log in to score a match?
No. Open the app, pick a preset and start scoring — no account, no phone number, no email. You can score as many matches as you like without ever signing in.
Signing in (with your phone number or Google account) is optional. It's only needed for cloud backup and sync, tournaments, and live score links.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Scoring is offline-first: every ball is saved on your phone as you score it, so you can score a full match in aeroplane mode or at a ground with no signal.
Features that have to reach other people or the cloud — live score links, tournament sync and cloud backup — need a connection. If you're signed in, your matches sync when you're back online.
I tapped the wrong button. How do I undo or edit a ball?
Undo: tap Undo on the scoring screen to take back the last ball. Tap Redo if you change your mind.
Edit an older ball: on the scoring screen, open the ⋮ menu → Edit past ball, pick the ball and change it. The scorecard updates to match.
How do I share the scorecard to WhatsApp?
- Open the match and tap Share scorecard.
- Pick a format — Square, Status, Full scorecard or PDF report — and a theme.
- Tap Share to WhatsApp and choose the chat or group.
Want friends to follow along while you score? Start a live score link instead — they open it in any browser, no app needed. (Live links need you to be signed in.)
I got a new phone. How do I move my matches?
There are two ways:
- Backup file (no account needed): on your old phone go to History → Backup & restore → Back up and send the file to yourself on WhatsApp, Drive or email. On the new phone, open History → Backup & restore → Restore and choose that file.
- Sign in: if you were signed in on your old phone, sign in with the same phone number or Google account on the new one. Then go to Settings → Account → Restore from cloud to bring back the matches and players saved with your account.
Matches already on the new phone are kept when you restore.
Which languages does the app support?
Eight: English, हिन्दी, मराठी, தமிழ், తెలుగు, বাংলা, ગુજરાતી and ಕನ್ನಡ.
Change it anytime from Settings → Language.
I bought Gully Pro. How do I get it back after reinstalling?
Open the Gully Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the phone is signed in to the same Google Play account you bought with, and that you're online.
If it still says "No previous purchases found", email support@myappscart.com with your Google Play order ID (it starts with GPA. and is in your purchase receipt email).
Why do I see ads? Will they interrupt my scoring?
The free version is supported by ads, but they appear only at natural breaks — never while you're scoring a ball.
Gully Pro (₹149 lifetime or ₹99/year) removes ads and unlocks all scorecard themes, full stats and PDF export.
Who can see my live score link?
Anyone who has the link can open the live page and see the score, team names and player names. Share it only with the groups you want to. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The app crashed or something looks wrong. What should I do?
Your score is saved ball by ball, so reopening the app takes you back to where you were. If the problem continues:
- Check for an app update in the Play Store
- Restart your phone
- Email support@myappscart.com with your phone model, Android version, app version and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked whether to also delete the matches stored on your phone. See our Delete Account page for exactly what is removed, or email us if you no longer have the app.
Start from a preset
Society match, Box cricket, Tennis-ball tournament or Standard cricket gets you scoring in seconds.
Set house rules first
Agree on wides, last man stands or one-tip-one-hand before the toss, and set them in the match rules.
Keep a backup
Not signing in? Save a backup file from History every now and then, so a lost phone doesn't mean lost stats.
Share the moment
Post the scorecard to the group while everyone's still at the ground.
