Anywhere money is collected from many people and the accounts have to be shown afterwards.
Every feature is built around the doorstep: a collector with a phone, a donor in a hurry, and a treasurer who has to answer for every rupee.
Name, amount, cash or UPI, save. The receipt has its number and is on its way to the donor before they have closed the door.
Each phone holds a block of receipt numbers issued in advance, so a receipt written with no signal is final — not a temporary slip. Everything syncs when the network returns. UPI payments recorded offline are marked for the treasurer to verify.
Receipts go by WhatsApp share, an SMS link or email, and open in any browser. Nobody is asked to install anything or sign up.
"I'll give ₹5,000 next week" is recorded as a vaada, not as money. Pledged and received are tracked separately, so the totals never overstate what is in hand.
Log an expense with a photo of the bill. The treasurer reviews it and swipes to approve — no loose papers in a carry bag.
When a collector hands cash to the treasurer, a QR scan records who handed over how much — and it works offline too. Everyone knows whose hands the money is in.
Put a QR on the pandal and anyone can see collections and spending. Donor names appear only with consent; गुप्त दान (Gupt Daan) stays anonymous. Phone numbers and addresses are never shown.
Collection, expense and collector-wise reports as PDF or Excel, with charts for the committee meeting and an audit report for Premium.
Receipts and invitations in designs suited to a puja, a festival, a langar or a fund drive — with your committee's name on them.
Organizer, treasurer, collector and member — each sees and does only what their role allows.
Keep a committee's events together under one organization, year after year, with the same team and the same history.
The whole app, in the language your collectors are comfortable in — from Hindi and Bengali to Tamil and Urdu.
The question every committee hears is "where did the money go?" ChandaKhata lets you answer it with a QR code instead of an argument — while keeping donors' personal details private.
The public page shows organizer-reported figures. It is not an independent audit.
Even offline — no duplicate or temporary numbers
