📌 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Cleaniq AI ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MyAppsCart. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice.
🧭 Description of Service
Cleaniq AI is a privacy-first, on-device storage cleaner that helps you free up space. Features include:
- AI detection of duplicate, similar, and blurry photos
- Screenshot, large-file, and old-download cleanup
- Junk, cache, empty-folder and leftover installer (.apk) cleaning
- On-device photo categorization and storage analytics
- A one-tap optimizer with an honest device security check
- A 30-day recycle bin for safe, reversible deletion
All scanning and AI analysis runs entirely on your device.
🔑 No Account Required
Cleaniq AI does not require an account or any sign-in. All data stays on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for the files you choose to delete.
⚠️ Deletion Is Your Responsibility
Cleaniq AI helps you identify files that are typically safe to remove, but you are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming what you delete. The app moves deleted items to a 30-day recycle bin so you can restore them, but once items are permanently removed (after 30 days, or when you empty the bin), they cannot be recovered.
AI suggestions — such as which photo is the "best" of a duplicate group, or which files are "junk" — are provided as helpful guidance and may not be perfect. Always review before deleting anything important.
🛡️ Security Check Disclaimer
The optimizer's device security check reports verifiable, on-device facts (such as sideloaded apps, disguised installer files, root access, or enabled developer options). It is not antivirus or anti-malware software, does not scan file contents for viruses, and should not be relied upon as a complete security solution. Any action it suggests (such as uninstalling an app) always requires your explicit confirmation through Android's own dialogs.
📱 Ads & Free Use
Cleaniq AI is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the app you agree to the display of ads. You may watch an optional rewarded ad to disable ads for a limited period (24 hours). We aim to keep ads non-intrusive and never place them in a way that blocks core cleaning actions.
🚫 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's advertising or analytics
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without written permission
⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties
Cleaniq AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that AI detections will be 100% accurate. You use the cleaning features at your own discretion.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyAppsCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of files, photos, or data (including files you deleted using the app)
- Business interruption
- Loss of revenue or profit
- Costs of substitute services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Cleaniq AI shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 500 (whichever is greater).
🛡️ Intellectual Property
Cleaniq AI, the MyAppsCart brand, and all associated software, logos, and content are the intellectual property of MyAppsCart. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent.
🌍 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Cleaniq AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
🔚 Termination
You may stop using Cleaniq AI at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored app data, including the recycle bin and app settings. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features (such as ad-supported access) at any time.
