Brain Battle – Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Brain Battle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of Brain Battle on Android. The App is provided by MyAppsCart ("we", "us", "our").

2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Brain Battle on a device you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, sell, or redistribute the App
Remove any proprietary notices or labels

3 In-App Purchases

Brain Battle offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements ("Remove Ads + Unlock All"). All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

      In-app purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or
      Google Play's refund policy. Uninstalling the App does not entitle you to a refund.
    

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your purchase at no extra charge via the Restore option in the Shop screen.

4 Virtual Currency (Coins)

Brain Battle includes a virtual coin system used for in-game items such as hints and streak freezes. Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded, and may be lost if the App is uninstalled.

5 Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are served in compliance with Google's advertising policies. You can permanently remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads + Unlock All" product.

6 User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Exploit bugs or use cheats, automation scripts, or hacks
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
Engage in any activity that interferes with the App's normal operation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

7 Intellectual Property

All content within Brain Battle — including game logic, graphics, sound effects, music, and text — is owned by or licensed to MyAppsCart and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited licence in Section 2.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyAppsCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date below and post the revised Terms at this URL. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
