Agreement
By downloading or using Kitty Gaming ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App worldwide.
The App is published by MyAppsCart (operated by Kirosys). References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to MyAppsCart / Kirosys.
The App
Kitty Gaming is a free-to-play mobile entertainment application featuring virtual card games including Kitty, Teen Patti, Call Break, and 28. The App is available on Android via Google Play.
Virtual coins: The App uses a virtual coin system. All coins are fictional in-game currency with absolutely no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or real goods of any kind.
No gambling: Kitty Gaming is not a gambling application. No real money is wagered. No real money can be won. The App does not constitute gambling under any jurisdiction.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
- If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players through in-game chat or actions
- Attempt to exploit bugs or glitches in the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App in any way
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Create multiple accounts to abuse bonus systems or game mechanics
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.
Virtual Currency
- Virtual coins are granted for free via gameplay, daily rewards, and rewarded advertisements.
- Coins have no monetary value and cannot be converted to real currency.
- We reserve the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the virtual coin system at any time.
- Coins lost due to normal gameplay are not refundable.
Advertising
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Rewarded ads allow you to earn bonus coins voluntarily. Ad availability varies by region and network conditions. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including graphics, sounds, animations, code, and game designs — is the intellectual property of MyAppsCart / Kirosys or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
